Nervous System–Informed Coaching for Clarity, Resilience & Momentum

 

The path to clarity can begin in many different places. Simply understanding where you are — and where you want to go — is often the first meaningful step.

I meet you wherever you are on your journey. Together, we clarify what thriving looks like for you and create a grounded, sustainable path forward. That may include navigating a current challenge, strengthening emotional regulation and resilience, building supportive routines, refining focus and executive functioning, exploring meditation practices that truly work for your nervous system, integrating transformational experiences, or cultivating access to flow and peak performance states.

My work integrates evidence-based coaching frameworks — including solution-focused coaching, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral coaching — alongside nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and neuroscience-informed tools. This allows us to support both inner regulation and real-world forward progress.

In this work, we move beyond simply knowing — toward knowing how.

Sessions are available in person and virtually, with optional ongoing support via text and email. My experience as a case manager for Intent Clinical, a sleep coach with Sleep Reset, a thrive coach with Reframe, and an integration guide with Mindbloom has deepened my trauma-aware approach, creative problem-solving, and respect for clients as experts in their own lives.

Flow Coaching

NeuroMeditation

 

The NeuroMeditation Institute defines meditation as a systematic mental training designed to challenge habits of attending, thinking, feeling, and perceiving. If we change our thoughts & habits, we can change the way we feel and how we shape our lives. Mediation is not a one-size-fits-all practice, and just like going to the gym to build strength and muscle, knowing what muscle to strengthen makes a difference!

Each of the four styles of NeuroMeditation incorporates brain science and mental health awareness with customized meditation instruction to target specific needs and goals.

This may include guided seated or walking meditations, movement practices, and/or neurofeedback. Become aware of your states of consciousness to rewire your brain and change how you think and feel.

Craniosacral Therapy

 

Offering energy-based bodywork, sessions are intuitively designed to meet present needs and engage the inherent expressions of health within your system. These sessions can be a combination of modalities, including craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, heartmath breathing, and other trauma-informed bodywork techniques. My approach is focused on centering and grounding you in the present moment, facilitating relaxation, and promoting the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to foster a harmonious connection between mind and body.
